- Walt Disney World announced the Wilderness Lodge boat dock will be refurbished from January 12, 2026 through early April 2026.
- Boat transportation will not operate January 12–30, covering service to Magic Kingdom, Fort Wilderness, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
- Disney-operated buses will serve as the primary alternative between the resort and Magic Kingdom during the outage.
- From January 31 into early April, outlets report boat access could be limited during deeper work, and Disney has not released detailed operating plans for that phase.
- The dock project aligns with an ongoing exterior refresh at Wilderness Lodge through late 2026, and some outlets also report a separate late-January Skyliner maintenance window.
