• Disney has confirmed a phased refurbishment schedule for Animal Kingdom Lodge that is part of its multi-year resort modernization effort and runs through January 2027.
• Guest rooms at Kidani Village will be renovated from October 2025 through May 2026.
• Work will shift to Jambo House in May 2026 and conclude in January 2027.
• An earlier refurbishment of the Zebra Trail Terrace at Jambo House began on July 7, 2025, and is expected to continue into mid-September.
• All resort amenities will remain operational during construction, though guests may encounter noise or visible work and room availability could be limited.
