• The Artisan Club lists a restaurant, pool, pickleball and tennis courts, a waterfront bar and activity area, themed meals, and lessons with Disney artists.
• The 618-acre Storyliving community plans roughly 1,900 homes and will open in phases through 2026, with Disney also announcing a second community called Asteria in North Carolina.
• The house overlooks Cotino Bay, which will feature watercraft access and a Cotino Bay Beach with dining and shops set to open in 2026.
