- The festival runs January 16 through February 23, 2026, with entrance displays and World Showcase Food Studios now installed across EPCOT.
- Disney’s preview highlights new offerings including the Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad, Figment Fantasy Cake, Sparkling Spectacle Gâteau, and a Croque Monsieur–inspired grilled cheese.
