Overview

• The resort’s hard-goods refurbishment runs July 2025 to January 2027 across three zones to replace furniture, fixtures and finishes
• Phase one on Zebra Trail Terrace at Jambo House wraps in September 2025 before Kidani Village rooms are redone from October 2025 to May 2026 and Jambo House follows from May 2026 to January 2027
• This is the first full room-level renovation since the Villas opened in 2007–2009 and could introduce Murphy beds to improve family accommodations
• Park construction continues as Rivers of America is drained for Piston Peak on Tom Sawyer Island and The Boneyard closes September 1 for DinoLand’s Tropical Americas retheme
• Guests are advised to plan for daytime construction noise and temporary service impacts on room availability throughout the refurbishment
