• Entries close at 9:59 a.m. PT on October 2, 2025, through the Disney+ Perks dashboard.
• An alternate mail-in entry is available for non-subscribers with a 3" x 5" card to P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559, postmarked by October 2 and received by October 9.
• There is a limit of one entry per person, and eligibility is restricted to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states or D.C. who are 18 or older, with Disney employees and their households excluded.
• The prize includes a 4-day, 5-night Concierge Level Deluxe Room stay, coach airfare and ground transportation for four, four 4-day Park Hopper tickets, an eight-hour VIP tour, and four $400 Disney gift cards, valued at about $16,061.56.
• The potential winner will be emailed on or about October 10 and must return required documents within five days, with travel booked at least 45 days in advance for trips between November 9, 2025 and August 27, 2026.
