Overview
- This week Walt Disney World published an official rain plan for Jollywood Nights that says the event will continue in most rain, thunder, or lightning conditions.
- Disney specifically warns that outdoor productions — especially the Glisten! skating show and the Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club — may be partially or fully canceled when weather makes them unsafe.
- To preserve guest experiences, Disney will add indoor programming such as midnight showings of Disney Holidays in Hollywood and move many character meet‑and‑greets into designated indoor locations like The Magic of Disney Animation and Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular.
- The guidance details logistics including in‑park check‑in points, event hours, keepsake ornament distribution, and ticket prices and dates, but it does not specify refunds or automatic rebooking for weather‑affected entertainment.
- Guests are told to monitor the My Disney Experience app for live updates, prioritize weather‑sensitive shows early in the evening, and pack rain gear since several early dates are already sold out.
