Disney Fined $36,000 for Fatal Accident on 'Wonder Man' Set

Lighting technician J.C. 'Spike' Osorio died after falling through a deteriorated catwalk at Radford Studio Center in February.

Cal/OSHA issued two $18,000 citations to Disney for serious safety violations.
Radford Studio Center was also fined $45,000 for its role in the incident.
Osorio's family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Radford Studio Center.
The accident has prompted studios to upgrade safety measures on catwalks.
Disney and Radford Studio Center have 15 business days to appeal the fines.
