Season 2, premiering April 22, 2025, will cover four years leading up to 'Rogue One' and feature 12 episodes released in three-episode clusters weekly.
Showrunner Tony Gilroy confirmed that Season 2 will include major events like the Ghorman Massacre and the introduction of fan-favorite droid K-2SO.
Gilroy also revealed that this will be his final Star Wars project after a decade of involvement, citing a desire to pursue other creative opportunities.
