• Disney’s updated DAS page outlines live video chat requirements including 7 a.m.–8 p.m. ET availability, a ban on recording, an 18+ requester, and the registered guest’s presence on the call.
• Guests must log in to a Disney account, link valid admission for all party members, and use Zoom on mobile; the chat supports screen readers, offers text chat, and is currently English only.
• Pre‑registration can begin 60 days before a visit, with no in‑person registration offered; guests who did not register in advance may initiate a same‑day video chat from inside the parks.
• DAS approval can be valid for the length of the ticket or up to one year, and the service covers the registered guest plus up to three companions.
• Operational limits remain in place, including one active DAS return time at a time with a new selection available 10 minutes after redemption, and Disney reiterates that DAS is not a front‑of‑line pass.
