Overview
- A delivery ceremony on Oct. 15 in Eemshaven, Netherlands, transferred ownership from Meyer Werft to Disney Cruise Line.
- Constructed at Meyer Werft’s Papenburg yard, the ship floated out in August and completed North Sea sea trials before handover.
- Joe Schott and Sharon Siskie accepted the ship for Disney, with Captain Andy McRonald set to lead the transatlantic crossing to Port Everglades.
