Disney and Director Sarah Polley in Talks for Live-Action CGI-Musical 'Bambi' Remake

Disney is making a live-action adaptation of "Bambi" directed by Oscar-winner Sarah Polley.
The film will likely be a hybrid of live-action and CGI, with realistic-looking CGI animals voiced by actors, similar to 'The Lion King' and 'The Jungle Book'.
The script is still being developed but may include music by Kacey Musgraves.
