Disney Adventure Calls at Port Canaveral on Journey to Singapore Debut

The fleet’s largest ship is repositioning for short, experience-focused cruises from Singapore beginning March 10, 2026.

Overview

  • The new Disney Cruise Line vessel made a brief stop at Port Canaveral before continuing through the Panama Canal with planned calls in Los Angeles and Tokyo.
  • Singapore will serve as the ship’s year-round homeport, offering primarily three- and four-night roundtrip itineraries focused on onboard activities.
  • At 208,000 gross tons with capacity for about 6,000 guests, Disney Adventure is the largest ship in the fleet.
  • The ship originated as the partially built Global Dream, with completion by Meyer Werft and a family-focused redesign by Walt Disney Imagineering.
  • Onboard highlights include seven themed districts and new attractions such as Ironcycle Test Run, billed as Disney’s first roller coaster at sea, following a debut delayed from December 2025 and reported refit cost increases.
