Overview
- At about 8 am on June 16, a blaze ignited in the lavatory of the Daund-Pune DEMU near Yavat after a passenger threw a lighted bidi into a dustbin.

 - Railway Protection Force personnel and train staff extinguished the fire within minutes, and the shuttle resumed its journey after a 20-minute delay.
