Dino Imposes Transparency Rules on Collective Earmarks for Health Salaries

• STF minister Flávio Dino conditioned the use of bancada and comissão emendas to pay health personnel on exclusive bank accounts and full traceability.
• The government must publish each month on the Portal da Transparência the names, CPFs and amounts paid to workers covered by these funds, respecting LGPD limits.
