Dil Raju Says ₹3.20 Crore Already Provided as Allu Arjun Camp Pledges More Aid for Pushpa 2 Survivor

Following the father's appeal, mediator Dil Raju said further rehabilitation support has been approved from industry funds.

Overview

  • On the first anniversary of the Sandhya Theatre stampede, the boy’s father renewed pleas for help, saying interest from a deposit was not meeting monthly care costs estimated at ₹90,000–₹1.25 lakh.
  • Dil Raju met the family and said additional rehabilitation support is now approved, with Allu Arjun’s side agreeing to cover at least six months of treatment, and Raju indicating support could extend to a year.
  • Raju stated total assistance has reached ₹3.20 crore, describing a fixed deposit that pays about ₹75,000 monthly plus roughly ₹70 lakh already paid toward medical bills.
  • The child has shown only 5–10% recovery and remains dependent on tube feeding, tracheostomy care and round-the-clock rehabilitation after 146 days in hospital earlier this year.
  • The police case against Allu Arjun, his security staff and the theatre management remains under investigation; the actor was arrested last year and is out on bail.
