- Court officials confirmed Tuesday that a judge has granted Vickrum Digwa permission to challenge the 21-year minimum term imposed when he was jailed for Henry Nowak’s murder.
- The Attorney General, Ellie Reeves, has referred the sentence to the Court of Appeal as unduly lenient and asked judges to consider increasing the minimum term at the November 5 hearing.
