Overview
- The anthology will be available digitally on September 30 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, with a physical edition following on December 12
- More than 20 classic Mortal Kombat games are included, spanning original arcade cabinets, 16-bit home ports and handheld versions such as Game Boy Advance and Sega 32X
- Digital Eclipse has added rollback netcode and online multiplayer to key titles, eliminated loading screens and unlocked every cheat code and secret by default
- An interactive documentary weaves developer interviews, behind-the-scenes photos, concept art and archival documents into an in-game timeline
- Head of Production Stephen Frost indicated that further game additions and potential DLC will be revealed at Gamescom and PAX later this year
