Diego Luna, a 21-year-old midfielder for Real Salt Lake, has been honored as the 2024 MLS Young Player of the Year.
Luna contributed eight goals and 12 assists in 31 matches, helping RSL achieve a franchise-record 59 points and third place in the Western Conference.
He secured 35.7% of the votes, narrowly surpassing Inter Miami's Diego Gomez, who received 33.2%.
