- The Newport Centre location opened Sept. 22 as Dick’s first House of Sport in the New York City area and its smallest to date at 85,000 square feet.
- Permanent installations include a climbing wall, multiple TrackMan golf bays, and a multi-sport cage, with facilities available to book for practice or events.
- Footwear is a centerpiece, with 13,000 unique SKUs across 7,200 square feet plus about 4,000 additional SKUs in the dedicated House of Cleats section.
- Dick’s counts 26 House of Sport stores as of Sept. 22 and is opening roughly 16 this year, with a stated goal of reaching 75–100 locations by the end of fiscal 2027.
