Dick Vitale, 85, returned to broadcasting for the first time in nearly two years during Saturday's Duke-Clemson game at Clemson's Littlejohn Coliseum.
Vitale has faced four separate cancer diagnoses since 2021, including melanoma, lymphoma, and vocal cord cancer, but announced in December 2024 that he is cancer-free.
