Blizzard announces the Gauntlet endgame dungeon and Vampiric Powers as part of Diablo IV's March 5 update, aiming to enhance the game's endgame content.
The Gauntlet, a fixed nonlinear dungeon that changes weekly, will be accessible in Seasonal realms after reaching World Tier IV.
Players can earn Proofs of Might in the Gauntlet for high scores, with the dungeon featuring score multipliers, power-based shrines, and weekly resets.
Leaderboards will be introduced, allowing players to compare their Gauntlet scores by class, party size, and character type, with top performers receiving special rewards.
Diablo IV will also reintroduce Vampiric Powers as Legendary Aspects, offering new abilities that can drop from defeated enemies across Sanctuary.
