Overview

  • The campaign follows the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which earmarked roughly $76.5 billion for immigration enforcement and authorized hiring 10,000 new ICE agents and expanding detention capacity.
  • It features World War II-style imagery with Uncle Sam alongside photos of President Trump, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and acting ICE Director Todd Lyons under the slogan “DEFEND THE HOMELAND.”
  • New recruits are offered up to $50,000 in signing and retention bonuses plus student loan repayment or forgiveness, 25 percent Law Enforcement Availability Pay, premium overtime and enhanced retirement benefits.
  • The recruitment website lists three primary roles—deportation officer, criminal investigator and general attorney—and includes FAQs on job risks and requirements.
  • Campaign materials have been distributed this week across law enforcement networks, college campuses and job fairs to drive applications nationwide.
