DHL Sues MyPillow for $800,000 in Unpaid Shipping Bills

The lawsuit claims MyPillow, led by Mike Lindell, failed to honor a settlement agreement over delivery services.

DHL filed the lawsuit in Hennepin County District Court in Minneapolis, seeking $799,925.59 plus interest and attorney fees.
The dispute stems from a May 2023 settlement requiring MyPillow to pay $775,000 in 24 monthly installments starting in April 2024.
MyPillow allegedly made only two payments totaling $64,583.34, with the last payment received in June 2024.
Mike Lindell, MyPillow's CEO, claims his company stopped using DHL over a year ago due to a shipment dispute.
Lindell and MyPillow are also facing multiple other lawsuits, including defamation cases from voting machine companies and a $5 million payment to a software engineer.
