  • DHL has reorganized all international shipments into eight standardized country zones, aligning parcels and packages for clearer pricing structures.
  • Effective July 1, the carrier raised international tariffs to offset rising labor, road and air-freight expenses along with elevated World Postal Union partner payments.
  • The exclusively online “DHL Paket bis 2 kg” product now serves non-EU destinations, catering to small-parcel needs previously unavailable.
  • DHL eliminated its international Premium service and free €50 insurance for parcels, leading to the removal of around 8,000 positions.
  • Following regulator clearance, the Mobile Paketmarke QR-code digital label has been extended to non-EU shipments to enable paperless processing.
