Overview
- The pact follows DHL’s June 8 lockout of more than 2,100 couriers, drivers and warehouse staff and a subsequent Unifor strike
- Under the four-year deal, wages rise by a cumulative 15.75 percent retroactive to Jan. 1, 2025, and employees receive a $500 lump-sum bonus

- DHL Express Canada will resume nationwide service once union members vote to ratify the tentative agreement
