La DGFiP a confirmé le bilan de treize suicides depuis janvier, ainsi que la tenue d’une réunion sur le sujet mercredi à 14h30 avec quatre organisations syndicales.

Overview

  • Since January, DGFiP has recorded twelve staff suicides and eight attempts, surpassing its typical annual totals.
  • Management will present a prevention plan and expand mental health first aid training tested in Centre-Val de Loire during the July 9 emergency meeting.
  • Only two or three cases this year occurred on DGFiP premises, and imputability to service has been established just three times since 2012.
  • Unions criticize that professional factors are only probed when incidents happen at work and are calling for inquiries into every suicide and attempt.
  • An online February survey found 60% of agents believe DGFiP is heading in the wrong direction and one in three describe their stress levels as very high after 32,000 staff cuts since 2008.
