Overview
- The aviation regulator deployed an eight‑member oversight team to IndiGo’s Gurugram headquarters to file daily reports on cancellations, refunds, compensation and baggage return, with parallel inspections ordered at 11 airports.
- CEO Pieter Elbers was summoned to the DGCA on Thursday to present comprehensive data on fleet deployment, crew strength, rostering and recovery plans, and he arrived for the meeting in the afternoon.
