- The DFB-Bundesgericht rejected Dynamo Dresden’s final appeal on Friday, August 7, keeping standing blocks K1–K5 closed for the club’s season opener on 16 August against Darmstadt 98.

- The sanctions stem from the April 4 match with Hertha BSC when at least 77 Dynamo fans entered the pitch area, 27 pyrotechnic devices were lit, the game was stopped for 19 minutes, and at least 17 people were injured.
