Overview
- Precautionary speed limits will apply on sections between München-Pasing and Grafrath as well as between Geltendorf and Kaufering from 7 February to 31 October 2026.
- Regional lines RB68 (Füssen–Munich) and RB74 (Buchloe–Munich) will start and end at München-Pasing instead of running to Munich Hauptbahnhof.
- Regionalexpress services toward Kempten, Lindau and Memmingen will depart Munich up to about 20 minutes earlier to preserve connections despite longer run times.
- S-Bahn changes include the S4 turning back hourly at Buchenau with some peak cancellations between Buchenau and Geltendorf, and the S20 operating only between Höllriegelskreuth and München-Pasing.
- The Munich–Zurich Eurocity will leave roughly five minutes earlier from Munich, with journeys extended by about ten minutes.
