Overview

• Munich: from 17 October, weekend works on the Stammstrecke sharply limit S‑Bahn through‑services between Pasing and Trudering/Riem/Giesing, with most lines curtailed or rerouted.
• Munich: a separate overnight block between Giesing and Ostbahnhof runs 10–13 October for unexploded‑ordnance sondierung, suspending S‑Bahn traffic on that section.
• Würzburg–Treuchtlingen: Würzburg–Marktbreit is closed 10 October–13 December, the full corridor shuts 17–26 October, and Ansbach–Treuchtlingen is blocked 1–2 November.
• Long‑distance: IC 2082/2083 (Hamburg–Berchtesgaden) and IC 2084/2085 (Hamburg–Oberstdorf) are canceled, and some Hamburg–Munich weekend trains are rerouted via Nuremberg with Augsburg dropped.
• ICE Line 18: about half the trains are diverted between Nuremberg and Munich on 18–19 October and 25 October–3 November, skipping Donauwörth, Augsburg Hbf and München‑Pasing, with replacement buses and updated schedules in DB Navigator.
