Detroit Tigers to Retire Jim Leyland's Number 10 in August

The ceremony at Comerica Park will honor Leyland's contributions ahead of his Baseball Hall of Fame induction.

Leyland managed the Tigers from 2006 to 2013, achieving 700 wins and two American League pennants.
He will be the second manager in Tigers history to have his number retired, following Sparky Anderson.
The number retirement ceremony is scheduled for August 3, prior to a game against the Kansas City Royals.
Leyland is set to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame on July 21 by the Contemporary Era Committee.
Fans attending the ceremony will receive a special 'Jim Leyland Starter Pack' including a cap, mustache, and glasses.
