Overview

• Bungie will take Destiny 2 offline for pre-launch maintenance at 5:45 AM PDT on July 15 ahead of the scheduled launch.
• The Edge of Fate goes live at each region’s weekly reset time, including 10 AM PDT, 1 PM EDT, 6 PM BST, 7 PM CEST and 3 AM AEST.
• Preloads opened at 6 AM PDT on July 15 for Steam and Epic Games Store users to help ensure a smooth rollout.
• Edge of Fate concludes the Light and Darkness saga and kicks off a new Fate saga on the dark matter–shrouded Kepler planetoid.
• The expansion introduces Armor 3.0, new gear tiers, ability overhauls, revamped navigation menus and a Tower Firing Range.
