Since Watson's injury, the Browns have been relying on their fourth quarterback, 38-year-old Joe Flacco, who has thrown for 939 yards in three starts since being signed as a free agent on Nov. 20.
Watson has played in only 12 of 34 possible games since signing with the Browns, due to injuries and an 11-game suspension in 2022 for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy.
