• Deputies responded late Wednesday to a condominium complex on SE Old Town Court near Happy Valley after a witness reported an unknown man and a light shining from a crawl space.

• Inside, deputies discovered 40-year-old Beniamin Bucur in a makeshift living area with a bed, lights, televisions, chargers and other electronics drawing power from the unit.
• A pipe with white residue that tested positive for methamphetamine was recovered, supporting an unlawful possession charge.
• Bucur was booked on first-degree burglary and meth possession, his bail was set at $75,000, and the investigation remains open with authorities seeking tips.
