Depeche Mode Sets Mexico City Live Album and 'M' Film for Dec. 5 Release

The package pairs Foro Sol performances with a feature exploring Mexico's relationship to death.

Overview

  • The live set, Memento Mori: Mexico City, documents the band’s 2023 Foro Sol shows and arrives both as a standalone 2CD/4LP and within the box set.
  • Four previously unreleased songs from the Memento Mori sessions — “In the End,” “Survive,” “Life 2.0,” and “Give Yourself to Me” — are included.
  • “In the End” will be released to streaming services on October 24 as the first preview track.
  • Depeche Mode: M, directed by Fernando Frías de la Parra, begins limited screenings on October 28 in more than 2,500 cinemas across over 60 countries.
  • The box set bundles the feature on DVD/Blu-ray, a full concert film of the Mexico City show, and a double-disc live album, with narration in the film by Daniel Giménez Cacho.
