Denver Broncos Announce Plans for $176M State-of-the-Art Training Facility on Existing Campus

The three-story, 205,000-square foot training facility will bring football and business operations together in one campus, providing improved amenities such as an expanded locker room, sports performance areas, meeting rooms, and underground parking. Construction is set to begin in spring 2024 and the project is expected to be completed by 2026 without affecting fans' access to training camps or daily operations.

  • The Denver Broncos have unveiled plans for a $176 million state-of-the-art training facility and team headquarters that will be 30% larger than the existing facility and located on the same 33-year-old campus.
  • The three-story, 205,000-square foot facility will bring together football and business operations in a collaborative and modern environment, with expanded locker rooms, sports performance areas, and meeting rooms on the first floor.
  • The new facility will include an efficient layout between the new facility, the weight room, and the indoor practice field, as well as underground parking - a key bonus on snowy days in the Rocky Mountains.
  • Football operations will be housed on the second floor, while the third floor will accommodate business operations, including staff currently based at Empower Field at Mile High in downtown Denver.
  • Construction of the two-year project, which is solely funded by the Walton-Penner Ownership group, will commence in spring 2024 with completion expected by 2026. The project will not affect fans' access to training camps or the team's daily operations.
