Overview

• The National Weather Service issued multiple advisories overnight for Pennsylvania, including Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks and additional central counties, with many set to end at 9 a.m. EDT.
• Mercer County, N.J., is under an advisory until 9 a.m., and Cortland County, N.Y., has an advisory in effect until 8 a.m.
