Overview

• A Los Angeles Superior Court judge issued the order on July 16, directing Phypers to maintain at least 100 yards’ distance from Richards’s home, workplace and vehicle until an August 8 hearing.
• Richards’s petition details years of alleged physical abuse, including choking, slapping, head-squeezing and death threats throughout their marriage.
• She also accuses Phypers of hacking into her phone and laptop to download private messages and of threatening she would “disappear” if she called the police, citing his ownership of unregistered guns.
• Phypers has publicly denied all abuse claims as “conjured up” and on July 7 filed for divorce, listing July 4 as their separation date and citing irreconcilable differences.
• In his divorce filing Phypers reports zero income since closing his Malibu wellness center, estimates $105,000 in monthly expenses and is requesting spousal support and separate property status.
