• Pasler took the oath at the Kosmos concert hall in Yekaterinburg and received the governor’s chain bearing the regional coat of arms.
• The Central Election Commission reported he won 61.30% of the vote with turnout at 39.9% after ballots were counted from the September 12–14 election.
• Rivals trailed with Alexander Ivachev (KPRF) at 15.25%, Andrey Kuznetsov (A Just Russia — Patriots — For Truth) at 12.66%, Alexander Kaptyug (LDPR) at 6.09% and Rant Krayev (New People) at 2.72%.
• Presidential envoy to the Urals Artem Zhoga called the result a confident victory, as local and federal officials, including ex-governor Yevgeny Kuyvashev, attended the ceremony.
• Pasler had been appointed acting governor by President Vladimir Putin on March 26 and was nominated by United Russia on June 17 before winning the early election.
