- Pasler took the oath at the Kosmos concert hall in Yekaterinburg and received the governor’s chain bearing the regional coat of arms.
- The Central Election Commission reported he won 61.30% of the vote with turnout at 39.9% after ballots were counted from the September 12–14 election.
