DeMarlo Hale has been hired as the associate manager of the Toronto Blue Jays, under manager John Schneider.
Hale, 62, previously served as the Blue Jays' bench coach from 2013 to 2018 and has recently been the bench coach for the Cleveland Guardians.
Hale has a history of winning and brings passion, toughness, and experience to the Blue Jays' coaching staff.
Hale's role as the associate manager will see him handle tasks to assist Schneider on a day-to-day basis.
Hale has nine years of managerial experience and five years of playing experience in the minor leagues.
