- Deltarune Chapter 5, which launches on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, will go live worldwide on PC (Steam), Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 at times published by Toby Fox.
- The trailer shown during Nintendo’s June Direct hints at battles, a temple visit and minigame moments but omits major beats so players can discover surprises themselves.
- Toby Fox’s newsletter gives a concrete Chapter 6 status: cutscenes and NPC interactions are making good progress, overworld gimmicks are built, normal enemies and bullets are mostly done, and boss patterns are still being worked on.
- Fox confirmed Chapters 5–7 will be delivered as free updates to purchasers and said it’s possible some staff may begin work on Chapter 7 before the end of 2026, with another newsletter due on June 24.
