Delta Air Lines subsidiary unveils prototype of new airline seat for wheelchair users
Seat allows personal wheelchairs to be accommodated in the aircraft cabin
Prototype has been developed for the front row of a narrow-body plane and could fit two power wheelchairs
System would not make it possible for travelers to use their own chairs to get into lavatories
Seat is still in early development stages and will require regulatory certification
