• Federal and county agents used a Ramey warrant to board Delta Flight 2809 at SFO on July 26 and arrest co-pilot Rustom Bhagwagar in the cockpit after it arrived from Minneapolis
• Contra Costa prosecutors filed 24 felony counts against Bhagwagar, including oral copulation, lewd acts and aggravated sexual assault involving a child under ten
• Jennifer Powell, the victim’s mother, was charged with complicity for allegedly watching and participating in the abuse that spanned from the child’s ages of six to eleven
