• Security measures include a ban on sub-conventional aerial platforms such as drones and hot air balloons over Delhi until February 1, with violators subject to legal penalties.
• Commuters are advised to use alternate routes, plan their travel in advance, and follow traffic rules to avoid delays during the rehearsals.
