Delhi Sets 15-Day 'Seva Pakhwada' From Sept. 17 With Amit Shah To Launch 101 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs, Five Hospital Blocks

The campaign showcases coordinated delivery across Delhi’s Centre–state–municipal apparatus.

  • Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will start the day with a ‘Thank You Modi’ event and a mega blood donation camp at India Gate targeting 1,000 units.
  • An evening event at Thyagraj Stadium will see Amit Shah launch 15 projects, including 101 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs and five new hospital blocks.
  • Planned health and civic upgrades include 150 dialysis machines, a city drainage master plan, 100 electric intercity and interstate buses, EV charging sites, and three automated multilevel parking facilities.
  • Over the fortnight, Delhi will roll out infrastructure works worth more than Rs 3,000 crore, including DJB projects such as new reservoirs at Palla and Bijwasan, a Sonia Vihar sewer network, an Okhla STP upgrade, and the Nand Nagri flyover.
  • The BJP’s nationwide Sewa Pakhwada will run in parallel with blood donation drives, cleanliness campaigns, youth runs and exhibitions under the coordination of Sunil Bansal.
