• Education Minister Ashish Sood announced the October 15 release for Delhi’s 12 fully funded, DU‑affiliated colleges.
• With this tranche, total grant‑in‑aid disbursed this fiscal reaches Rs 325 crore for these institutions.
• An additional allocation of roughly Rs 24 crore has been issued for maintenance, electricity, water facilities and other amenities.
• Funds are earmarked for teachers’ and staff salaries, building maintenance and essential capital expenditures to avoid disruption to academic activity.
