Delhi Prepares for 75th Republic Day with Extensive Security Measures

In preparation for India's 75th Republic Day, several restrictions have been put in place in Delhi, including flight and road traffic restrictions.
No flights will be allowed to take off or arrive at the airport between 10:20 am and 12:45 pm on 26 January, leading to the cancellation of more than 700 scheduled flights.
Vehicular traffic is expected to be affected in central Delhi on the day of the parade, with specific routes being closed until the parade crosses Tilak Marg.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has announced that metro services will start at 4 am on all its lines to facilitate the public to reach Kartavya Path for the celebrations.
The Delhi Police has issued an advisory regarding special parking arrangements for the visitors attending the Republic Day event.
