• A PCR call on October 12 reported a four-year-old taken from outside his home in south Delhi’s Amar Colony.
• The accused was identified as Sudhakar Singh, 24, a flower seller from Ayodhya, who was detained at Lucknow Railway Station on the Suhaildev Express.

• Police say Singh had been in touch with the child’s mother on social media for about a year and had threatened to abduct her son if she refused him.
