• A Delhi Police team reached the riverside site in Anerda Garhi, Mathura, after trekking nearly 3 km through water 3 to 8 feet deep, taking almost two hours in low light with phones out.
• Officers arrested Shiv Charan, 60, who allegedly tried to flee through the flooded fields before being overpowered.
• The raid yielded 14 country-made pistols, one musket, raw material for over 350 pistols, 50 barrels, 28 barrel pipes, wooden handles and other components.
• Machinery used for manufacturing, including drill machines, a cutter, a grinder and saws, was seized from the workshop.
